Sewing

Production Plant & Machinery: Production plant is well designed with ample workspace, adequate natural lighting and extensive ventilation. Our facilities include 1800 imported sewing machines. Special Machines: Most of our sewing machines are equipped with Underbed Thread Trimmer Four Needle Front Placket Elastic Chain Stitch Machines Feed-off-the-arm Triple Needle Machines Collar-Cum-Cuff Turning Machines Collar Contour Machines HGAT Sealing Machines for Rhine Stone Studs Eyelet Button Hole Machines Automatic Pocket Welting Machines Top Fusing Machines

Finishing
	We have in-house Oil-fired boilers providing steam at required temperatures for both pressing and drying. Separate pressing facility for Shirts and Trousers is also provided. Automatic conveyer system reduces the movement time.

Laundry

The washing plant is well equipped with 50 Kg & 100 Kg Top-loading washing machines; Hydro-extractors and steam Driers. The water before being used in washing machine is treated in Softener Plant. The water from the washing plant is treated in the Effluent Treatment Plant. Varieties of washes, including Golf-ball and Stone-wash are possible. Simultaneously we also have a continuous R & D programme to experiment on the latest developments. In addition we also have different stain removing facilities.

Embroidery
	Special Facilities:   We have state-of-the-art computerised PFAFF Embroidery Machine with 18 Heads & 8 Colors.
