Quality Process                   

The internationally approved 4 point inspection system is applied to assess the quality of all fabrics, both in-house and at customer nominated mills. Samples drawn are also tested for required characteristics such as color-fastness, yarn count, shrinkage, etc.,

• Pre-Production Meeting - Ensures Consistency and Compliance to Contracted specifications.
  

• Collective Quality Consciousness -
  Supervisors : Involved in on-line inspections to ensure Corrective& Preventive action.
  Operators : Trained to improve skills & methods.
  

• SPC (Statistical Process Control) - Tool to monitor Quality from raw material to finished product.
  

• Inspection is conducted using a statistical sampling based on standard MIL-STD 105 with AQL-2.5. In process and Final Inspections are independently performed by our Q.A. department.
  

Every precaution is taken to produce a quality product which wins international recognition. So whatever be the language our customers speak, they have B.N.T. quality speaking for them.
